Who I am

I spent nearly twenty years as a stay-at-home mom and a military spouse before I got licensed. That stretch taught me how to run a household through moves, deadlines, and plans that change without warning. It’s the same skill set this job needs.

My honest read on this industry: most agents under-communicate. Clients find out about problems late, or never hear the parts of the story that would have changed a decision. I do the opposite. You’ll hear from me on schedule, and you’ll hear the inconvenient version too.

More about me

Where I work

Bell County and the towns around it. Each guide is a plain description of the area and who it tends to suit.

Eight towns, one county line crossed. I work all of them.

Fort Hood families

PCSing here, or out? I’ve done it myself.

I was a military spouse for close to twenty years. The relocation page covers VA loans and the funding fee, assumable VA loans in a higher-rate market, planning a sale or purchase around orders, thinking about BAH, and what to do when an appraisal comes in low.
