When you fill out a form on this site, I may ask for your name, email address, phone number, ZIP or postal code, property address and details, and your timeline for buying or selling. This comes from the contact form, the home valuation form, and any other form on the site.

I also receive information through lead forms attached to Google ads. In that case, you may submit your contact details directly inside the ad without visiting this site first. The same information described above may be collected, and it is treated exactly the same way.

How I use your information

I use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare the home valuation you requested, and follow up about buying or selling real estate in Central Texas.

Who I share it with

I share information only with people who need it to help serve you:

• eXp Realty, as my sponsoring broker, for compliance and transaction support.
• Service providers who help operate the business, such as Google (advertising and analytics), email providers, and customer-management tools.
• Lenders, title companies, or inspectors only when you ask for a referral or give me permission to share your information.

I do not sell your personal information.
