A real valuation, done by hand.
Automated estimates work from public records. They don't know your kitchen was redone, that the house two streets over sold for less because it backs to a road, or what buyers in your neighborhood are actually paying right now. I look at all of that and send you a number I can explain.
How this works
- You send the details below. It takes about two minutes.
- I pull the recent comparable sales near you and look at what is currently on the market competing with your home.
- I send you a written range with the reasoning behind it, plus anything I would fix and anything I would leave alone before listing.
- We talk it through if you want to. If you are a year out, that is still a fine reason to ask.
What this is not
This is not a lead trap. You will not land on a drip campaign. If you tell me you are just curious, I will take that as the honest answer it is.
